Novartis wanted to present the process of a drug’s development on their company website to build faith in the brand and provide background information. But the process is very complicated and drawn out. A single video would be either too long or too superficial.
We decided to convey the stages of the process in separate explainer videos. But that left one question open: How would we present the seven videos on the website? Our solution: An interactive overview page. That allowed us to present the steps as a linked series. We also knew that people will click on anything that moves! The sense of game play increases website visitors’ motivation to view additional videos.
